Comptel's CEO Has Resigned
Earl Comstock has left the telecom industry group Comptel to pursue other interests.
Debra Berlyn, a former afviser to the FCC, has left AARP to start her own energy and telecom lobbying firm.
President Bush has named the recipients of the National Medal of Science.
