NAM Nomination Withdraws

National Association of Manufacturers executive vice president Michael Baroody expressed his frustration with the nominating process in a letter to the editor of the Washington Post. Baroody withdrew his nomination to head the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Patrick Ross leaves his fellowship at the Progress and Freedom Foundation to lead the Copright Alliance.

Ian Martinez is the new communications director for the Telecommunications Industry Association.
